stepping back to 2004 to early 2005 to view some of the original creations from my Wings Series. I painted 30 works in this series.
All of the originals from my Wings Series sold years ago and I have giclee prints of only a few of my old works from this series as I didn't start professionally capturing my works until 2005, so those that I painted from this series prior to that time were not captured for reproduction. I was recently commissioned by one of my collectors to create a large scale original from my past Wings Series for them and I'm excited to bring some new twists to one of my old signature styles. I am given free reign to do my own thing (colors, etc) with this so I'm pretty stoked to bring this back to life. (fyi that is my favorite type of commission request is one where the collector trusts me enough and says.. just do your thing!) THANK YOU Jonathan for putting your trust in me!
