With this collection of paintings the viewer really has two completely different experiences whether they view from a distance, or whether they view up close and personal. I love to watch people view this body of works more than any of my other styles I believe because they can stand there for really long periods just seemingly lost in the work.. and I love that. I include a lot of close ups when showing these works online because there are all of these little tiny masterpieces in each and every work from this collection that stand alone can be there very own paintings.
"You can't see the forest through the trees"... that is what I think of when I think of people viewing my Wish List Collection at extremely close range. You are wrapped up in the wonder of each tiny tree, plant, and creature that makes up the forest and can't see the entire forest itself because there is too much detail to get lost in.
I hope you enjoy viewing this series as much as I enjoy creating them.
