RETURN POLICY:
Each and every fine art giclee print made available through Keck Gallery is printed on demand to the collector's specific order instructions. Due to the high costs incurred we have a strict zero return policy. There is a zero return policy as well on all of my original paintings. However we offer a free service to every potential customer that allows you the ability to see the art in your home BEFORE you purchase.
We do not charge you for this service and my collectors LOVE it! Simply send us a photograph of the area you are wishing to hang the artwork(s), and send us the choices (between 3) that you are trying to decide between. We will place three of your choices into your space so that you can literally see it before buying. We have found this has helped set each and every one of my collector's hearts and minds at ease. I have not had a dissatisfied collector in all the years I've been doing this.
Simply send us a photograph, straight on in good lighting of the wall(s) you need the artwork to hang. Email to keckgallery@gmail.com with - MY ROOM INTERIOR FOR KECK ARTWORK in the subject line. It always helps us for reference to that you give us an idea of the size of the wall and size of any furniture that may be against wall (width of couch, height of chair), etc. this helps us give you the best perspective we can on size, etc.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All fine art giclee prints are printed out within 3 to 10 business days and then professionally packged to be shipped to you. Upon shipment you will receive the tracking number of your package so you can track it along the way.All U.S. orders for gallery wrapped canvas prints will ship and arrive at your door wired and ready to hang. All paper prints will be shipped rolled in a tube.
All international orders of canvas prints are shipped rolled in a tube because of the very expensive shipment rates for us to ship canvas overseas already stretched. It is also safer for us to ship works overseas rolled in a tube as it helps prevent any damage from happening.
